How do I export WhatsApp chats for analysis?

On WhatsApp, go to Settings → Chats → Chat history → Export chat. Select a chat and save the ZIP file, then upload it to Nalya. ZIP exports give the most comprehensive analysis.

Where do I connect Playtomic for Lumi or WhatsApp padel bookings?

Open https://nalya.ai/account?tab=integrations, then connect or reconnect Playtomic from the Apps tab. After that, return to Lumi in WhatsApp or SMS and resend your booking request.

Yes. Only you can access your conversations and insights. We don't sell or share your data with third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Google Cloud Platform enterprise-grade security.

No. Your conversations are completely private. Only authorized team members can access data for technical support, and you can delete any conversation or your entire account at any time.
